The Frogner district is actually one of Oslo‘s most desirable areas, and Sommerro sits right in the sweet spot where you can walk to pretty much everything that matters. I mean, you’re literally minutes from the Royal Palace and Vigeland Sculpture Park, but what I really love is how the hotel feels connected to the neighborhood rather than isolated from it. The couples who stay here seem to get it — there’s something romantic about wandering these tree-lined streets in the evening, then coming back to your own little sanctuary. Plus, the tram connections are right there when you want to explore further out.

  The breakfast was lovely. Location was great, it's right across the tram rails so we mainly used those to get around the city for shopping and christmas markets, etc. Staff was very accommodating even though we were extremely late to check in due to plane delays.
